We know how important it is for our customers to get their items quickly, therefore all of our items have the option of a next working day delivery. This will apply to all orders placed before 12:00pm (mid day) on any day Monday to Friday

In addition for all orders delivered within mainland UK over £250 excluding VAT are free delivery and low cost next working day delivery option for £9.99 is also available.

Otherwise, our standard shipping is Parcel Force 24/48Hr and Royal Mail 1st Class post. We do not charge VAT on our shipping charge.

Our standard shipping charges are only for delivery to desinations on the UK mainland. If you live in Northern Ireland, Channel Islands, Isle of Man, or any other UK Islands, please send us an email at sales@dampaway.co.uk to get a shipping quote before ordering.

We will try our best to get your items to you as soon as possible, although from time-to-time delivery times may change due to circumstances out of our control such as the weather or logistic problems with the courier company. We will make sure that you are fully informed on the progress of your order should this arise. 

Greater than 99% of our standard shipment orders are delivered within 2 working days and all our orders are guaranteed delivery within 1-3 working days from the order being processed. 

If you place an order on Friday it will be delivered the following week from Monday - Wednesday.

* Saturday & Sunday, Public and Bank Holidays are not considered working days.

Please ensure that the Shipping Address provided is correct. Once an order is placed the shipping address can only be changed in exceptional circumstances.
